With your knowledge of the worldwide Caravan market, EastWest found an airplane in Mexico that fit our requirements.  EastWest negotiated a fair price, then made all the arrangements to bring the airplane to the U.S for the pre-purchase inspection.  EastWest was on site for the inspection to resolve any discrepancies found in the inspection, and followed through to the closing through escrow.
